我公司始建于1985年，1999年根据上海市财政局规定和批准，改制为有限责任公司。自成立十余年来，经员工不懈努力，已发展成为具有相当规模和社会影响的会计师事务所。具备上海市市级事业单位审计资格。现有从业及特聘员工50余人，其中，中国注册会计师、高级会计师、高级工程师、高级经济师达70%，具有大学本科、专科以上学历的占90%以上，具有从事会计、审计工作20年以上实务经验的占60%以上。
我公司多年来以诚信为本，遵照《中华人民共和国注册会计师法》及审计准则等有关规定，坚持以独立、客观、公正的原则，竭诚服务，勤勉尽责。悉心为社会各界提供会计师事务所法定业务及经济管理咨询论证等服务，恪守信约。因此赢得众多新老客户的信任。

There are more than 50 employees. About 70% are Certified Public Accountants，Senior Accountants, Senior Engineers, and Senior Economists. Over 90% are graduated from university. Over 60% are accountants or auditors who have worked for over twenty years.
